Melapop SKIN.

"Nurse, she's escaped again!"

Yes, that's basically the origin story if you ask anyone who's tried to keep me focused on one lane for longer than five minutes. Ingredients are my whole personality, and I've made peace with that.

I grew up traveling the world with my family, which meant I was tasting, smelling, and touching ingredients most kids never think about before I could even spell them. That early exposure turned into a full blown obsession, and eventually I took it to college and got into science on purpose, because apparently curiosity needed a degree to back it up.

For a while I helped other women launch their own beauty lines. Good work, but somewhere in there I noticed I kept getting pulled toward the same thing over and over: innovative ingredients and technology, not another brand built on a catchy tagline and empty promises. In 2018 that obsession had a name, donkey milk, and once I started digging for weird ingredients that actually worked, I never really stopped.

Melapop Beauty

Melapop Beauty? SIREN? Completely different animal.

You shouldn't expect insane ingredients here.

I'm a true creative. I make as I feel. I don't believe creativity should live in one lane. Fragrance is art to me, the same way film is, the same way a photograph or a scene or a song is. Some ideas need a formula. Some need a story. And SIREN is proof of that. It actually started as Demon Time, thank you Beyoncé and Megan Thee Stallion for the inspiration, and it matured into something more layered over time. When I create fragrance, I'm always pulling from real life, real moments, real feelings. I believe if you're going to make something in this industry, it has to actually resonate, not just smell nice on a shelf.

Melapop Beauty was born because most women aren't just one thing, and neither am I. I can be the woman deep in the science during the day and the woman who walks into a room and changes the temperature at night. Why choose one when you can indulge in both, as little or as much as you want?
